Christmas Market

This annual event features many crafters and vendors.
Our St. Ludmila sponsored booths will include a silent auction, fresh greenery arrangements, cookie & candy sales, Cafe Ludmila and our famous Kolaches.We are looking for crafters to join our Christmas Market. Booths are filled on a first come - first serve basis. All vendors must submit registration and payment by October 1 to be included in advertising.

Date: Saturday, December 7, 2024
Market Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Set Up: Friday, December 6 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday, December 7 from 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM
Please be ready to open your booth by 9:00 AM
Single Table Fee: $50 (includes one 8 foot table, 2 chairs)
Double Table Fee: $90 (includes two 8 foot tables, 2 chairs)
U Shaped Booth: $120 (includes three 8 foot tables, 2 chairs)
Vendor Terms and Conditions:- Booth will be reserved once registration and payment are received.
- No refunds will be given once registration is accepted.
- Booth space will be marked upon arrival for set up.
- Vendor provides own table covering. Please cover all tables to the floor.
- Vendors are responsible for all transactions and payments for their business.
- Vendors are responsible for reporting Iowa Sales Tax.
- Vendors must have someone at their booth during the entirety of the market.
- Vendor agrees to defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless St. Ludmila Catholic Church against and from all claims arising from the negligence or fault of the vendor or any of its agents, family members, officers, volunteers, partners, organizational members or associates in connection with the operations of the vendor at St. Ludmila Catholic Church.

We do invite vendors to donate a percentage of their sales to St. Ludmila Catholic Church in addition to their booth fee. We welcome any additional donations and we thank you in advance!
