St. Ludmila Parish is seeking a part-time Maintenance Supervisor.
Flexible hours and will work closely with our Building and Grounds Team and Event Coordinator of the Community Center.
This individual will be the first point of contact for maintenance repairs. They will also be responsible for changing filters, keeping a maintenance schedule of equipment, ordering and picking up supplies, maintaining our Kolach Bakery, basic repairs/replacements, oversee contracts, provide competitive bids for review and light yard work.
